The Petition of EDITH NI. GILBERT for an Order of Administration
Unnecessary coming on this day to be t-ieard; and it appearing from the
Petition and from the evidence in this case that the averments of the
Petition are true, that there has been no concealment of material facts,
that the true cash value oi the estate if $1250. 00, and that an Order of
Administration Unnecessary should be entered in this case, and the Court
being fully advised,
IT IS ORDERED and ADJL'DuED AS FOLLO~VS:
1. That EDITH N. GILBERT whose residence address is 686
Hammock Road, 1Jlelbourne Village, Brevard County, Florida is the surviving -
spouse and the sole heir at la~v, and therefore sne is entitled to the er.tire
estate without administration, consisting of:
An undivided one half interest in and to Lots
40, 41, 42 and 43, Block B, Tropical Acres S/D,
k as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 20
( public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

and he has been dead for more than three (3) years.
