other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do es
grant, bargain and se(1 to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County,

A Parcel of land, having a North South dimension of 15 feet across
Lot 16, Block 2 of Model Land Company Subdivision of Section 15,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page 41-A, Public Records of St . Lucie County, Florida; said 15
foot strip of land lying North of, adjacent to, parallel with and
contiguous to the North line of a 30 foot strip of land designated
as "Public Road" on aforementioned Plat. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
right-of-way for State Road S(U. S. No .1)

Any right title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 30 foot
parcel of land, designated as "Public Road" on the aforementioned
Subdivision . -
