RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

WITNESSETH: That the said part ieSOf the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dolla~ (51.00) and
other valuable conside~ations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second pa~t, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
A parcel of land, having a North South ditnension of 15 feet across
Lots 10. ll, 12, 13, and 14 Block 2 of Model Land Company Subdivision
of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 41-A, Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said •
15 foot strip of land lying North of, adjacent to, parallel with and
contiguous to the North line of a 30 foot strip of land designated as
"Public Road" on aforementioned Plat. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
right-of-way for Oleander Avenue
and
Any right title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 30 foot
parcel of land designated as "Public Road" on the aforementioned
Subdivision.
