Plat Book 6, Page 48, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
intersects the easterly right of way of the F.E.C. Railway, said
starting point being 50 ft. easterly of the centerline of the West
track (as measured on the perpendicular); thence run N. 61°30" E.
along the S, line of said Lot 2, a distance of ?00.56 ft. to a con-
crete monument for the point of beginning; thence run N. 28°30"
W. a distance of 120 ft. to a concrete monument; thence run N. 61°
30" E, a distance of 340 ft, more or less, to the shoreline of the
Indian River; thence meander said shoreline Southerly a distance of
2.20 ft, more or less to the po~nt of intersection with said S. line of
lot 2; thence run S. 61°30" W along said S. line of Lot 2, a distance
of 355.65 ft, more or less, to the point of beginning, together with
full riparian rights thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;

This mortgage is of equal dignity with that certain mortgage between
Wells Hively and Elsabeth Dean Hively, his wife to the Jensen Beach
Bank dated June 18, 1964 and recorded in Official Records Book 92,
Page 513, St. Lucie County, Florida public records. A default on
