EXECUTRIX' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed September~+, 1972, bethteen
MARGARET C. ORR, as Executrix of the Estate of DUGAL G. CAMPBELL,
deceased, party of the First Part, and SARA F. CAMPBELL, Party
of the Second Part, whose address is 2515 N. E. lst Court, Apt. 415
boynton Beach, Florida 33435;
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of
the County Judge's Court of Uade County, Florida, dated the

the premises and the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other
good and valuable considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases and conveys and confirms to
the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever;

quarter - AND - North 250 feet of the South 290 feet -
