that RICHARD DEXTER is the same person who received, as
a minor, a deed from Lake Indrio Corporation with Marie L. `
Dexter as trustee.. This deed was recorded March 3, 1960

in Deed Book 256, Page 26 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. He was, as an adult of legal age
and a single man, one of the grantors in that certain

warranty deed from Marie L. Dexter, a single woman,and F
I; Richard Dexter, a single man, to Philip M. Dexter, dated

~ August 27, 1965 and recorded February 18, 1966 in OR Book
138 at page 521 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Richard Dexter was of legal age at the time of
the execution of the warranty deed herein referred to.
