Government Lot 1 in Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, which lies
West of the West of the right of way as presently located,of State Road 70? (South
Indian River Drive), said parcel fronting on said South Indian River Drive 189. 5 ;
feet, more or less, together with the parcel lying East of said South Indian River '
Drive within the projection of the North and South line of said parcel to the waters
of the Indian River, with riparian rights appertaining. -
