Commencing at the SE corner of the above described land, and on West
right-of way of Oleander Avenue, run thence North along the West right-of~vay line
of Oleander A venue, a distance of 131, 25 feet for the point of beginning; run
thence West at a 90 degree angle with right of way of Oleander Avenue and
parallel with the South boundary of the above described land 910 feet; run thence
Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet North of the South boundary of said •
land and 1060 feet West of the East boundary of said land; continue West
parallel with and at a distance of 20 feet from the South boundary of the above
described land to the East right~; way of Citrus Avenue.
The same being further ~escribed as Lot 18 as delineated on the plat prepared
