to me in hand this day paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I
hereby release the property hereinafter described from a certain lien filed by n1e *ne in the

easement to and over- said Yacht View Lane both also shown in above sketch,
Said lien having been recorded in O. R. Book 207 page 734 public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida., and having been entitled Ray Tribout ~
against Robert Adkins and Lorraine Adkins, his wife, owers of said property. ~
