and one dollar ar.d other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby

Luci~ Cou.~ty to loca~e, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or ditch over,
t:~rough, upon, and/or across the following described lands, being a p~,rtion of the encumbered
premises in St . Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

That part of Lot 1 and the East 37 . 2 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, ME RRI-
WEATHER PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 6 at page 16 of the public records of St . Lucie County, Florida,
that lies East of the following described line, to-wit:
Begin at the Northeast Corner of Block 1 of aforementioned Subdivi-
I sion; thence run in a Southwesterly direction to a point on the South
~ line of Lot 15, Block 1 and 9 feet west of the Southeast corner thereof;
f thence run in a Southeasterly direction to the Southeast corner of
