BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared =
JOE H. JILTON and I,OUISE G. JILTON, his wife, who, first being duly
sworn each for himself and herself, depose and say:
That they are the indentical parties who made, executed and
delivered that certain Warranty Deed to NATHAN PHILLIPS and ELTON
MELTZER, individually and as trustees, dated the 8th day of December,
1970, conveying the following described property as recorded in OR

Book 188 at page 2237 and 2238 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. f
Lot l, Block 5, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in the t
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in
Plat Book 11, pages 30A and 30B.

That the deed was an absolute conveyance of the title to ~

the premises to the Grantees named in it in effect as well as in form, '

and was and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security ,

of any kind, and that possession of the premises has been surrendered ;
to the Grantee; that the consideration in the deed was and is the
full cancellation of all. debts, obligations, costs and charges
previously existing under and by virtue of the terms of a certain
~ mortgage previously existing on the property described in that mortgage :

~ and in this instrument executed by: JOE Ii. JILTON and LOUISE G. JILTON,
his wife, as Mortgagors, to NATHAN PHILLIPS and ELTON MELTZER, as ~

~ trustees and as Mortgagees, dated the 27th day of February, 1970,

~ and recorded in Official Records Book 183, at pages 1486-1488, of the

~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the cancellation of
