This indenture, made and entered into this 9~ day

LILLIAN MORGAN, his wife, Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H: '
WHEREAS, Grantors have applied for a permit to mine
sand from certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particulariy described in Schedule "A" which is attached here- ;

to and by reference made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, Grantors have submitted with their application

a plan for mining said land, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution of St. }
Lucie County, Florida, requires the Grantors to post suitable f
security to assur~ that said plan will be completed as planned ~

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and ,
' other good and valuable consideration, Grantor hereby grants,

~ bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto :

Grantee all that certain land of which Grantors is now seized

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on compliance with each and
every of the provisions of the mining plan heretofore sub- ~
mitted to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, the estate hereby created shall be null and
~ void and of no further force and effect. Upon compliance as ' ~
~ aforesaid by Grantors, Grantee shall deliver to Grantors an `

~ appropriate instrument releasing subject premises from the

~ lien and effect of this Grant of Security. ;
