and conveyed unto Stockton~ Whatley~ Davin & Company~ a Florida Corporation~
and assigns, hereinafter ca]1ed the mortgagee, the prernises located in
said County and particularly described in said eaortgage~ t,o secure the

premisee fiereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged prenises, from
the lien and operation of said mortgage;
