COMES NOW, DAVID M. KLEI~i, who being under oath duly
deposes and says:
(1) That he is the present owner of the follawing
described property:
The South 115 feet of the North 1/2 of
Government Lot 8, lying West of Fernandina
Street (which street is shown on plat of
TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, BloCk 3&~,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
page 9, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida) in Section 1, Township 35
South, Range 40 East.
(2) That he was married to Alice A. Klemm, who is now
deceased and that Alice A. Kiemm is the same person who is
listed on the death certificate, recorded in~0. R. Book 208,
at page 349, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
C. Alice Kleman, and that the marriage between Alice A. Rlemm
and your affiant was continuous and uninterrupted from July 25,
1963 through November 4, 1963, which was the date of death of
Alice A. Klemm.
(3) Your affiant was also married to~Helen H. Klemm, who
j is also deceased and the marriage to Helen H. Klemm was contin-

~ uous and uninterrupted from the date they became tenants by the
entirety of the above described property on February 26, 1965
through the date of her death, May 19, 1968 and further affiant
sayeth not.
