Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknoWledqes receipt of copiea of the
Declaration of Condaninfum described above, includinq the provisions af all of~its
exhibits, a?nd that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grauitee doea
rurther hereby ra?tify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the
WINDMILL VILLAGE HY THE SEA RECREATION CEt~tTBR LSASS as filed for rerord~ in Official
Records Book 189 on pages 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Offfcers and Directors of WINUMILL VILLAGS BY THS SEA j
CONDOMZNIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, itt makinq ~
and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro- ~
visionss the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions are reasonable, !
fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security fur his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitsj and the Grantee acknawledqes and aqrees that said '
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract exeruted by the Grantor
and the Gr~ntee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
