The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowiedg~nent and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
:?eclaration of Condominium described above, including the provisions of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further h~reby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (inc2udinq the
WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TtiE SEA RECREATION CENTER LSASE as ff2ed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Fiorida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WIND~MILL VILLAGE BY THS SEA
CONDO.+lINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., n Florida corporation not for profit, in making
~and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknawledges and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
3escribed above, as security~for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknor+iedges and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representatio~s and inducemer?ts
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property deacribed above.
