MAI~GEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, made and executed this 23rd
day of October, 1972, by and between D. J. TZIMENATOS and wife,
SOPHIE S. TZIMENATOS, hereinafter referred to as "Owners", and
BOWEN BROTHERS, INC., a Florida corporation,
WITNTSSETH:
WHEREAS, the owners are vested with the fee simple title to
the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit: ~
The NE 1/4, the SW 1/4 and the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
subject to rights-of-way for public roads and
drainage canals,
and
WHEREAS, there is located on said real estate a valuable
citrus fruit grove, and
WHEREAS, the owners desire to borrow from Equitable Life
Assurance Society of the United States the sum of Four Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) with said praperty as security, and
Bowen Brothers, Inc. is agreeable to guaranteeing the payment there-
of, and
WHEREAS, Bowen Brothers, Inc. has much experience and expertise
in the management of citrus groves and in the handling, harvesting

NOoW, THEREFORE, in order to secure Bowen Brothers, Inc. for

its undertaking, and in consideration of the other covenants and
agreements herein contained on the part of Bowen Brothers, Inc. to
be kept and performed, the owners do hereby covenant and agree as
follows:
1. They hereby employ and agree that Bowen Brothers, Inc.
~ shall have full control and management of the said real estate and
the citrus fruit grove thereon, including but not being limited to
