Bowen Brothers, Inc. covenants and agrees as follows: 8. To guarantee payment of the proposed loan of $400,000.00 as hereinabove set forth. 9. To assume full management and control of the above des- cribed real estate and the citrus grove located thereon; to pay . taxes and all bills in connection with the care, cultivation, fertilization and general good husbandry practices required, and to receive and account for the proceeds of the sale of all citrus fruit and mortgage money during the life of this Agreement, such accounting to be annually as of the lst day of July 10. To plant as promptly as practicable eighty (80) acres of said real estate in grapefruit trees. 11. To install permanent irrigation on said real estate should the same become financially practicable within the limits of income and expenses of the operation of said citrus qrove. 12. Any notices to be given in connection with this Agreement shall be sent by certified mail to the owners addressed as follows: D. J. Tzinenatos and Sophie S. Tzimenatos P. O. Box 2I46 _ Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 and notices to Bowen Brothers, Inc. shall be sent by certified mail addressed as follows: Bowen Brothers, Inc. P. O.
