The petitioner, PETER H. VAIL, as executor of the estate
of FLORENCE VAIL, a/k/a WINIFRED PETER VAIL, Deceased, and in his :

individual capacity as residuary beneficiary of said estate, herewith ~
,
etitions this Honorable Court to enter its order of final distribu-

tion representing unto this Honorable Court that by his signature to
this pleading he waives the filing of the final accounting as resid-
uary beneficiary, publication of final notice and final report and
~ approves the discharge of the executor and his surety, if any, and
requests this Honorable Court in his representative and individual
capacity to enter its order approving the distribution of the assets
~ of the estate consisting of the following properties:
1. Lot 1, Block 230, Indian Lake Estate, Unit ~6
(revised) according to plat thereof recorded in
p.B. 40, page 41, Public Records of Polk County,
Florida ~ _
2. Lot 1, Block 43 of Indian River Estate Unit Seven,
a Subdivision according to plat thereof recorded
in P.B. 10, page 75, Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida; ~
,
that the petitioner represents that all bills or other liabilities
of the deceased have been paid and that in the event any are dis-
covered after distribution of these assets, providing they have been
properly filed according to the laws of the State of Florida, that T
he will be responsible for said debts and he further represents unto
this Honorable Court that the value of said•assets at the present
time is less than $3,000.00; that the estate will not be disadvantaged
by having immediate distribution as above set forth. +
