and ORDER OF DISCHARGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the petition of PETER
; H. VAIL as executor of the estate of FLORENCE VAIL, a/k/a WINIFRED
~ PETER VAIL, Deceased, for entry of an order of final distribution
~ and ~ischarge of said executor and his surety, if any; and the Court
~ being advised that said executor is also the residuary beneficiary
;
of the estate pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Last Will
and Testament of the deceased, and that he has waived the filing of
the final accounting, waived publication of final notice and final
report and approved the discharge of the executor in his representa-

tive capacity and his surety, if any, and requested final distribution, ~
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said PETER H. VAIL, as executor, ~
forthwith distribute the remaining assets of the estate ~o PETER H. ~
