1. That she was the grantor in that certain deed given
to Dallas G. Hopkins and Wanda M. Hopkins, his wife

Records Book 172, page 2566 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the following
described property, to-wit:

County, Florida.
2. That or. July 24, 1968, the date she executed and
delivered the said deed above set forth, your
