Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
B. A. BITTAN, JR., who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That on February 23, 1959, he, being a duly authorized
Notary Public, took the acknowledgment of Hugo R. Pausin
who executed that certain Satisfaction of Mortgage, dated
February 23, 1~59, and filed February 27, 1959, in
Satisfaction of Mortgage Book 68, page 186 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 2. That, through inadvertance, the year in which said
acknawledgment was taken was anitted.
3. That, in fact, your affiant took the said acknowledgment
of said Hugo R. Pausin on February 23, 1959.
Further affiant sayeth not.
