CORRECTIVE .
EASEMENT
THIS INDENT[TRE, made this ~l~d day of December, 1972, between
PLEASURE COVE MOBILE HOME PARK~ 1NC., a Florida corporation, as
grantor, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, and SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY,
as grantee,
~ WITNESSETH;
(A) WI~REAS, the grantor executed an Easement dated October
4, 1972 between the parties hereto; said easement being recorded in
0. R. Book 207, pages 764 through 766.
(B) WHEREAS, said easement dated October 4, 1972 as described
in paragraph ~A) above referred to "lands described in Schedule "A"
and that the lands actually described by the easemen~ as recorded in
0. R. Book 207, page 766 and titled PLEASURE COVE PHASE II -Legal
Description - Telephone Utility Easement failed to be properly
labeled as "Schedule A". eit was the intent of the grantor
to convey to Southern Bell~an~~~e~egraph Company and the City of
Fort Pierce non-exclusive easements for the purpose of the construc-
tion and maintenance of public utilities, including telephone and
electricity, and that said descriptions as contained therein are
hereby reaffirmed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor, Pleasure Cove Mobile Home Park,
Inc., d~Florida corporation, has caused these presents to be executed
in its name, and its corporate seal to be thereunto affixed, by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the day and year first
above written.

~ I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments,
personally appeared SPENCER B. GILBERT and ERNESTINE S. GILBERT
well known to me to be the President and Secretary respectively of
Pleasure Cove Mobile Home Park, Inc., a Florida corporation, and that
they severally acknowledged executing the same freely and voluntarily ~
under authority duly vested in them by said corporation and that the
seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation.
WITNESS my hand and official seal in the County and State last
