BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
CHARLES L. ROSS and SHIRLEY A. ROSS, his wife, who, upon first
being duly sworn, did depose and say that they mortgaged their equity
in subject property to Atlantic Richfield Company to secure $3, 400. 00
by mortgage dated November 9, 1971 recorded in O. R. Book 198, page
426 which instrument recited the same to be subject to "that certain
mortgage held by Lloyd and Clotilde F. Taylor dated May 8, 1964, in
,Etbe original principal amount of $12, 500. 00".
These affiants say that the above quoted recital was in error to the
eYtent that it referred to the instrument evidencing their obligation to
Lloyd and Clotilde F. Taylor as being a mortgage when, in truth and in
fact it was the intendment of the parties to refer to the Articles of Agree-

~ ment under which these affiants were purchasing subject property from
Lloyd and Clotilde F. Taylor for the sum of $12, 500. 00 which Agreement
bears date of May 8, 1964 and is of record in O. R. Book 98, page 419,
