AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Personally appeared before me, CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH, JR., after
being first duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That the undersigned affiant is the s~ame person named as
Trustee in a certain conveyance from John R. Lupu and wife dated the
27th day of August , 19 71, recorded in O. R. Book 195
at Page 22~1 , public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the grantees in this conveyance were erroneously entered.
That the intent of this conveyance was to convey to Cushman S. Radebaugh,
Jr. as Guardian for Sharon E. Radebaugh, a minor. That the undersigned
Affiant holds title as Guardian for the minor, Sharon E. Radebaugh, who
is the undersigned Affiant's daughter.
