GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ day of d11~ •
A.D. 1972, between CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH, JR., Guardian of SHARON E.
RADEBAUGH, a minor, and CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH, JR., individually, parties
of the first part, and FRED F. ADAMS and DORRIS D. ADAMS, his wife, ,
parties of the second part; WITNESSETH: Said parties of the first part, .
CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGii, JR., on the 27th day of November, 1972, by peti-
. ;
tion, applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
for authority to sell certain real estate in said County, hereinafter
described, averring it is necessary and expedient to sell the same and
also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in said petition
i~aving appeared to and being found by said Judge to be reasonable and
just and true, and the.find the sale to be in the best interest of said
minor, SHARON E. RADEBAUGH, said Court rendered the Order dated the
28th day of November, 1972, directing said parties of the first part ~
to sell the said real estate at private sale; and, thereupon, the said ,
parties of the first part contract to sell the said real estate to the
~
said parties of the second part for the sum of Twenty-one Thousand Three
Hu~dred and no/109--------------($21,300.00)------- Dollars, to be paid
as follows:
' The sum of $2,800.00 in cash; the sum of $1,500.00
' paid to First Federal Savings & Loan Association of
Fort Pierce to bring mortgage payments to date; and
assume existing mortgage in approximate balance of $17,000.00.

~ And the said Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that the
~ price offered for said real estate is fair and reasonable, and the condi-
tions of such sale such as the interest of said SHARON E, RP,DEBAUGH,
minor, required, by Order rendered on the 28th day of *Jovember, 1972, ;
ratified and confirmed said sale and ordered said parties of the first
part to execute the deed to the said parties of the second part o the `
