sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said parties
of the second part, and to their heirs, successors and assigns forever,
said certain land in said County of St. Lucie, State of FZorida, des-

cribed as follows, to-wit:
Lot 13, D.D.A. SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 15, page 23, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi~aments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the sec-
ond part, and to their heirs, successors and assigns, in fee simple for-
ever.
And the said parties of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said parties of the second part, their heirs, successors
and assigns, tnat in all things preliminary to and in and about said
sale and this conveyance, the order of said Court and the laws of tender
have been followed and comFlied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
