E X H I B I T A
Beginning at a concrete monument on the East Right-of-way Line of
the Florida East Coast Railway Company, and the South line of
lands conveyed by Jos. Casper and Laura H. Casper to Henry L.
Freeman and Ruth H. W. Freeman, in Section 9, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, Saint Lucie County, Florida, public records; run
thence North 64°42' East, along the boundary common to Freeman
and Merwin, 559.1~ feet to a concrete monument on the West side
ot.Indian Riber Drive; thence continue North 64°42' East, 39
feet to the West shore of Indian River; thence meandering the
West shore of Indian River, run North 18°37'30" West, 208.01
feet to the North line of aforesaid Freeman land; thence South
64°1'll" West along said North line, 43 feet to a pipe corner
on the west side of Indian River Drive; thence continue South
64°O1'll" West along the North line of said Freeman land, 598.97
feet, to a concrete monument on the East Right-of-Way Line of
the Florida East Coast Railcvay Company, thence; Southeasterly
along said right-of-way, on a 1.9657° curve to right (chord
bearing South 30°41'30" East), 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginn-
ing; excepting right-of-way for Indian River Drive; inclucling
riparian rights; less the southerly 35 feet (measured at a right
anqle to the southerly line of the above described lands); con-
taining 2.487 acres, more or less.
