NINTH: The Mortgogor hereby woives all rights of homestecd ond exempfion grcnfed by the Consfifutio~ and laws of
Florida. It is specifically ogreed thot time is of the essence in this tontretr and thot no woiver by the Mortgagee of any obligation
hereunder or of the obfigotion secu~ed hereby sholl of ony time ~hereofter be held fo be a waiver oF the terms hereof ar of the
obl~golion secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon any sale, transfer o~ conveyance of the property herein deuribed a~d tove?ed by this mortgoge to any
person, firm or torporotion, not previously opproved in writing by the holder of fhis mortgoge, the Mortgogee or holder sholl hove
the right to attelerote the matu~ity of this mortgoge os though it were due and poyable on the doy of such transfe~ and to demand
poyment in full of the said mortgoge omount or ony unpaid balance thereof, and to exercise all the rights ond remedies herein or
by low reserved to said Mortgagee fhe same as in any event of defaulf hereunder. anyfhing in fhe p?omissory ~ote secured

EIEVENTH: If forecbsure proteedings of any setond mortgoge or second trust deed or o~y junior lien of any kind should
be insfitufed, the Mortgagee may, af its option immediately or thereafter declare this mortgoge ond !he indebtedness secured
herebr due ond payable.
TWQFTH: That in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any port the~eof, sholl be condemned and token for publit
use under the power of eminent domoin, the Mortgagee shall have the righf to demand that all damages awarded for the taking
of or damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and thc obligaYwn ~
secured hereby and may be applied upon Me poyments lost poyable under this mortgage and the obligation secured hereby.
THIRTEENTH: That instollments, payeble under the tcrms hereof and the note secured hereby, not paid when due, shatl be
subject, after fifteen (15) days from the due dote thereof, to, ond it is agreed Mortgagee shall collect thereon and therewith, a
"lote charge" in the amount of four per cent (4%) of the installment due upon each suth delinqvent installment, and such "lote
charges" are secured by the lien he~eof.
FOURTEENTH: Without impairing the obligations of Mortgagor tontained in paragraphs SECOND, THIRD and fOURTH
hereof, and for application to fhe purposes thereof insofar as the same shall be sufficient, Mortgagor shall, io oddition to the
monthly poyments of prinapol ond interest as sfated in the original note (ond in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be
mode, pay a monthly sum ond amount equal to a+e-twelfth ~1/12) of fhe estimated annual toxes, osseuments ond insurance
premiums upon the real estate security, as the amount thereof is determined from time to time by the Mortgagee.

! FIFTEENTH: That the Mortgagor sholl fumish annually, af the request of the Mortgagee, finan-~al statements in form and
~ certified in a manner satisfadory to the Morfgagee.

secured hereby, and all installments thereof, and also any other notes which have been or may be given to the Mortgagee br the

Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, and any and oll renewals or extensions thereof.
