RAENA C. HARMON, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she together with Raymond Dexter Harmon~executed and
delivered that certain deed dated October 15, 1972, filed
October 16, 1972 in 0. R. Book 207, paAe 889 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying to RAENA
C. HARMON, the follo~ing described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest ~S
of Section 13, Tawnship 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run North 302 feet
to the Point of Be~iiu?ing; thence run West 439 feet;
thence run North 148 feet,; thence run East 439 feet,
LESS AND EXCEPTING TNEREFROM rights ofWaq for public roads.
2. That through inadvertenance, the said deed failed to state
that the grantees were husband and wife.
3. That your affiant RAENA C. HARI~N vere husband ai?d wife on
~ October 15, 1972, the date of execution and deliverq of the
