after called the grantors, to RAY LEIN and JOAN S. LE1N, his wife,

; WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
W~ the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
° is.hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
! Lots 1 through 22, both inclusive, Block 51; Lots 1 through 19,
both inclusive, Block 52 and Lots 1 through 5, both inclusive of
~ Block 1-B; all in SAN LUCIE PLAZA, Unit One, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 57, public records of St.
, Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to reservations, restrictions and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
in all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
