RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

part les o} the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FIORIDA, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said partieS af the first part, fo~ and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (a1.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
A Parcel of land having a North South Dimension of 15 feet, across the ;i. ~
North one-half of Lots 5, 6 and Lot 7 Block 3, of Model Land Company
Subdivision of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as re-
corded in Plat Book 1, Page 41-A, Public Records of St . Lucie County,
Florida; said 15 foot parcel of land lying South of, adjacent to, parallel
with and contiguous to the South line of a 30 foot parcel of land desig-
nated as "Public Road" on aforementioned P1at. EXCEPTING 'ItiERE-
FROM right-of-way for North St. Lucie River Drainage District
Canal Number 27 and right-of-way for Oleander Avenue in Lot 7 Block
3 of aforemenrioned Subdivision
and
Any right, title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 30 foot
parcel of land designated as "Public Road" on the aforementioned
Subdivision. ~
It is expressly understood and agreed by and beriveen the parties ~

construction of a road on said land within one (1) year from the ~
date of this deed, said deed shall be null and void. ~

THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns, a right-0f-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said part ies of the first part
~ do hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomscever.
