RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

part~oi the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said part~of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (a1.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do es
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit;
A parcel of land, having a North South dunension of 15 feet across
. Lot 1, Block 3 of Model Land Company Subdivision of Section 15,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pag~
41-A, public records of St. Lucie County,~~Florida; said 15 foot strip
of land lying South of, adjacent to, parallel with and contiguous to _
the South line of a 30 foot parcel of land designated as "Public Road" .
on aforementioned Plat. EXCEPTING THEREFROM rigfit-of-way
for State Road S(U. S. No . 1)
and
Any right title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 30 foot
parcel of land designated as ,"Public Road" on the aforementioned
Subdivision .
It is expressly understood and agreed that if a graded
road is not constructed on the above described right
of way within 18 months from this date this deed shall
be null and void.
