KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THIS INSTRUMENT That that certain mortgage
recorded in O.R. Book 204, at page 2661 of the St. Lucie County
Public Recc~rds, covering the following-described real property,
to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, CAROLWOOD TERRACE, FIRST
ADDITTON, 8s per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, Page 50, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is hereby extended to provid~ for monthly mortgage payments rather
than the annual payment originally called for in said note, and the
note is hereby modified to provide for a self-amortizing mortgaqe
over a twenty-five (25) year term.
