A F F I D A V I T
c`"" Before me personally appeared DAISY GAYLER, who after
first being duly sworn, deposes and says that she was acquainted
with VIVIAN PARKER for sixteen (16) years, and that she knows

that ALI,EN J. PARKER and VIVIAN PARKER were husband and wife, and
were living together as husband and wife at the time of the death
of VIVIAN PARKER on the 9th day of August, 1971, and that the
death certificate attached hereto is the death certificate of
VIVIAN PARKER who was married to ALLEN J. PARKER, and that she
knows that at the time of her death, they owned the following
described property as an estate by the entirety, to-wit:
Lot 16 and the North 25 feet of Lot 17,
Block 1, GREENACRES, Plat #1, according
to the plat therof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and
for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat .
Book 12, Page 72; and
Lots 1 and 2, Block 329, PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 25, a Subdivision according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 32 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
