BEFORE ME, the undersigned suthority personally appeared
RAENA C. HARMON, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she together with Raymond Dexter Harmon executed and
delivered that certain deed dated October 15, 1972, filed
October 16, 1972 in 0. R. Book 207, page 889 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying to RAENA
C. HARMON, the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest
of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run North 302 feet
to the Point of Be~inninA; thence run West 439 feet;
thence run North 148 feet,; thence run East 439 feet,

2. That throu~h inadvertenance, the said deed failed to state

said deed above set forth.
