Waa~ss, the Company deems it necessary and advisable for its
proper corporate purposes to create a new series of bonds to be l~oa•n
as its First Mortgage Bonds, Series O, and to issue presently, iuider
the provisions of Article N of the Original Indeuture, b~ifteen ~iillion
Dollars ($I5,000,000) in aggregate priucipal amount of said First ~dort-
gage Bonds, Series O, to be secured by the Uriginal Indenture as
- heretofore supplemented and as further supplemented and modified
by this Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture (the Original Indenture
as so snpplemented and modified being hereinafter conimonl} referred
to as the "Indentnre") ; and
W$~ss, the Companp and the Trnstees are joining in Lhe
ezecution and delivery of supplemeutal indenturea for the pnrpose =
of allowing the Indenture to be qualified nnder the Trast Indenture -
Act of 1939; and
! ~FiEREASf the Company has reqnested the Trustees to join with it
~ in the eaecution aud delivery of tlus Nineteenth Supplemental Inden-

~ Wss~s, each of the registered bonds of Series O, and the certifi-
cate of the Trustee to be endorsed on the bonds are to be substantially
