No reconr8e shall be had for the payment of the principal of or
the interest on thia bond, or for any claim based hereon or in respect
hereof or of the Indentnre, against any uicorporator, stockholdcr, _
officer or director of the Company, or .of any successor compan3,
whether by virtne of any statnte or rule of law or by the enforce-
ment of any assessment or penalty or otherwise, all such liability
being by the acceptance hereof ezpressly «•uived and relea5ed and _
being also waived and released by the terms of the Indenture.
