its corporate seal attested by the manual or facsimile signature of its
Secretary or one of its Assistant Secsretaries. Such seal may be in tlie -
forna of a facsimile of the Company's seal and may be imprinted or
impressed upon the Series O bonds. In case ~ny of the officers who
shall have signed or sealed any of the Series O bonds shall cease to be
such officer or o~cers of the Company before the Series O bonds so =
signed or seAled shall have been authenticated or delivered by the
Trustee or issued by tLe Company, such Series O bonds may, never- -
theless, be authenticated, deli~-ered and issued and, upon such anthenti-
cation, delivery and issue, shall be as binding upon the Company as
though those who signed and sealed the same had conti.nued to be snch :

o~cers of the Company, and also auy Series O bonds may be signed -
and $ealed on behalf of the Company bp snch persons as at the actual -
date of the ezecntion of such Series O bonds shall be the proper o~cers
of the Company althongh at the nomi.nal date of snch Seriea O bonds
any such person shall not have been such o$'icer of the Company.
Only snch of the Series O bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of
authentication in the form hereinbefore recited, ezecuted by the Trua-
j tee, shall be or become valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to .
; the benefit of the Indenture, and such certificate of the Trustee shall ba
~ conclusive evidence that thc Series O Uonds so authenticated ha~~e been
~ duly authenticated a~id delivered.
SECTIOA' 2. At tLe option of the Company and upon notice given
as prorided in Article IY of the Original Indenture, the bonds of -
Series O shall be redeemable, in hole or in part, at any time, at the
applicable percentages of the principal amonnt thereof set forth below, _
plus interest accrued thereon to the date figed for such redemption: =
