SECTIO~ 10. SuUject to Section 79 of tLe Indenture, flnd escopt

plemental Indenture ma~ be e~itered into by the Company and the _
. Trustees as follo«s : any amendment or chnnge affecting the bonds of
Series O differently from the bonds of any other series inay be effected _
with the consent (in ~r•riting or at a meeting called for the purpose) of
l~olders of 66"~3 J~ in principal amowit of the bonds of Series O then
outst~nding, and ~ny other amenclment or cl~ange may be ef~ected with -
the consent of the holciers of 66y3% in princip~l amount of the Uonds of _
~tll series then ontstanding; prorided, ho«e~ er, thut no such amend-
~ ment or modification shall estend the fi~ed maturity of the bonds of

~ Series O, or reduce the rate or estend tLe datc of pavment of interest _
thereon, or reduce the principal amount or redemPtion prices thereof,
~ or permit the creation of any lien on the assets or property of the _
~ Companv prior to the lien of the Indenture, ~c ithont the ~rritten consent
of the holder of each bond of Series O aiafected by such action.
