S$cxiox 13. Clause (2) of subsection (a) of Section 3G of the
Original Indenture is hereb~~ amended b~• adding the «ords "or uny
other obligor on the bonds" after the ~rord Compau} " in the e'ighth -
and tenth lines of such subsection 36(a).
SECTIO:~ 14. Section 48 of the Original Indenture is hereby
amended by substitnting in .the first sen~ence th~reof the worda July 15 - ~ -
and Angnst 1" for the words "Angust 15 and September 1." -
S$cTiox 15. Sections 46 and 91 of t.he Original Indenture are
hereby amended bs deleting the ~vords "if there be such a bank or trust
company n illiug and able to accept the trust upon reasonable or cus- .
tomary terms," from the eleventh and t«~elfth, and tlurd, fourth and _
fifth lines of such Sections, respectively.
~ S$criox 16. Section 50 of the Original Indenture is hereby
i amended by adding the following snbsections thereto : _
; "(5) The Company will (1) file with the Trustee, within 15 -
! days after the Company is required to file the same with the _
~ Securities aud Eschange Commission (tl~e "Conimission"), copies
~ of the annual reports and of the information, docnments and other ~ ~
~ _ reports (or copies ~f such portions of any of the foregoing as ~
~ ~ the Commission may from tirue to time by rules and regnlation~
prescribe) which the Company may be reqnired to file with tLe
Comuiission pursuaut to Section 13 or Section 1~(d) of Lhe Securi- ~
ties Egchange Act of 1934; or, if the Company is not reqnired to =
file information, documents or reports pursnant to either of said
Sections, then it will file with the Trustee and the Commission, u~ _
accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from ~time ±o
time by the Commission, such of the snpplementary and periodic
information, documents aud reports which may be required pur- -
suant ~to Section 13 of the Securitiea Ezchange Act of 1934 in : ~r'
~ respect of a security listed and registered on a National Securities
~ Eachange as may be prescribed from time to time in such rules
~ and regulationa; _

(6) file ~vith the Trnstee and the Commission, in accordanco ~
~ with the rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by
~ the Commission, such additional information, documents and re-
~ ports with respect to compliance by the Company with the condi-

~ ~tions and covenants of this Indentnre as may be reqnired from
~ time to time by such rales and regnlations ; and
