SECTION 31. The Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented -
and niodified is in all respects ratified and confiruied by this \ineteenth ~
Suppleiuental Indenturc, and all the provisions herein contained sl~all
be deemed part ~of ihe Origiual Indenture in the inamier and to the
estent herein provided.
~ SECTIO~ 32. ~'here~ er reference is herein in this Nineteenth Sup-
E pleniental Indenture made to a Section or 3rticle of the Oriainal
; Indenture and such Section or ~rticle l~as been amended by ttny one
~ or more suppleniental indeiitures, then sucli referenee shall be to such ~
~ ' Section or Article as so amended. _

~ S`~ox 33. The Company covenants that it is la~vfully seized
and possessed of the propert~~ described in the grantin~ clauses of this
Nineteentli SupPlemental Indenture and that it ~vill «arrant and defend
the title to said property to the Trustees for the eqnal pro *ata benefit
of the holders of all bonds at any time outstanding under this Inden-
ture against the clainis and demands of all persons ~vhatsover. -
~ SECTION 34. For any default by the CompanF in the covenants,
st.ipulations, promises and agreements contained in this ~Tineteenth
~ Supplemental Indenture, or in anp previons supplemental indenture,
the Trnstees and the bondholders shall have the same rights and
remeclies, snUject to the same limitations, as are provided in the Orig-
~ inal Indentnre. r;

~ SECTIODi 35. The covenants and agreements herein contained shall
~ inure to the benefit of and be Uinding upon tlie re~pecti~-e succe~sors and
~ assigns of the parties hereto.
