Together with all buitdings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, in:iuding all apparatus equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie un;ts or cen-
traliy controlled, used to suppty heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliasion or
other services, and any other thi~g now or hsreafter therein or thereon, ihe furnishing of which by lessors
