grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. lucie County,

Subdivision of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 41-A, Public records of St . Lucie County,
Florida; said 15 foot parcel of land lying South of, adjacent to, parallel
with anic~ontiguous to the South line of a 30 foot parcel of land designated
as "Public Road" on aforementioned Pl,at. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the East 50 feet of Lot 3, Block 3.
and
Any right title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 30 foot
parcel of land designated as "Public Road" on the aforementioned
Subdivision .
