THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 30th day Of October ~
A.D. 1972 . by WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, INC., a Florida corporation
hereinafter called the Grantor, to
ARTHUR J. EITE and HAZEL F. EITE, his wife,
whose post office address is: P. O. Box 1357, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457
hereinafter called the Grantee; whicn terms Grantor and Grantee shall
include and bind all parties to this instrument, their successors,
assigns, heirs, executors and legal representatives.
WITNESS~TH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars and for other good and valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that
certain land and real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, de-
