to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 28, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said Mortgagor, their heirs, legal representatsves or assigns, si~all pay unto the said Mortgagee,
~es successors or assigns, a certain promissory note dated the day of November , A.D. 19 for the sum

and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants of the said promissory note and of this mortgage,
;r~d ~t~all pay all taxes tivhich may accrue on said land and all cests and expenses said Mortgagee may be put to in collectsng said
~~romissory note by foreclosure of this mortgage or othenvise, including a reasonable attorney's fee, then this mortgage and the estate
i,ereby created shall cease and be nulf and void. The aforesaid note provides that the final payment of princ~pal and interest shall be

MORTGAGOR further covenants a~;d agrees to make all payments due under said note and perform aIl conciitions and covenants
catled for herein or in any prior mortgages encumbering the aforesaid property, and in the event of defautt in wch prior mortgage, the
1lortgagee herein, without waiv~ng the option to forectose, reserves the right to make wch paYments and perform such conditions or ~
st~puiations so as to maintain Lhe prior mortgages and prevent a fo;eclosure thereof. Any and all such sums paid or expenses incurred
un behalf of ihe Mortgagor shall immediately become due and payable, together with interest thereon from the date of payment, and
shall be secured by this mortgage. If any payment provided for in the note hereby secured or this mortgage, be not paid when due, or
any covenant of this mortgage be breached, or if a conveyance shoufd be made by the Mortgagor of the prem~ses here+n described, or
.~!~y part thereof, either vofuntarily or involuntarity, without the written consent cf the Mortgag~e, then on the happeoing of any such
event, at tt~e option of the Mortgagee, and without notice, all sums secured hereby shall immediately become due and payable and this
mortgage may be foreciosed for the whQle of the sums secured hereby, plus interest and costs including a reasonable attorney's fee.
