thereupon the Court shall forthwlth, as a strict matter of right tn the Mortgagee, and without oonsideratlon ot the
vatue of the mortgaged premisea aa securlty tor the amounts due the Mortgngee. or the aolvency of any person or persons
bound for the paytaent ot auch amounts, and without noUce. appolnt a receiver ot all such premises wtth the usual powea
and duties tncluding the power to rent the premises and t0 copect the rental thereot and tl~eretrom, the revenue derived
