In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have ~eceived, !/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and you~ successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utitity facilities (inciuding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, Vim and keep clear ali trees, bn~sh and undergrowth or other
obstructions that mi~t endanger or interfere wiih said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and ac~oss my/ou~ pro-
perty described as foltows:
Beach C~ub Colony S/D, Section 11, Township 37 South~ Range 4Z £ast,
as in Plat Book 16, Page 11, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The easeMent more particularly described as a strip 10 feet wide,
centered 20 feet NE of and parallel to the iJE sides of Buildings "A",
"B" and "C" on E1 t~iar Drive, beginning opposite the center of Build-
ing "C" and running Southeasterly a distance oE 350 + feet.
Also a strip 10 feet wide, ce~tered and beginning 20 feet NE of a -
pr~longation of the SE line of Huilding "C" and running Northeast
a distance of 60 feet to Point X; thence Easterly 132 feet.
