THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 28th day of
November 1972, by MOBILE HOMES ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC.,

a Florida corporation, hereinafter called "Grantor";
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession
of lands lying in Section 26, Toc,mship 36 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, ~more particularly described in the
and Phase 4,
exhibits annexed hereto designated Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3,/
hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Property"; and

WHEREAS, Grantor has constructed certain recreational
facilities together-with water treatment plant, sewerage treat-
ment plant and ~aundry building on that portion of the, property
designated as Phase 1; and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires that the said recreational

I facilities, together with water treatment plant, sewerage treat-

~ ment plant and laundry building contained in said Phase 1 shall

~ be for the use and benefit of the occupants, tenants and mortgagees
and Phase 4,
of Phase 2 and Phase 3,/ as well as the occupants, tenants and
mortgageES of Phase 1;
~ NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: ~
~ ~hat in pursuance of tlZis Agreement and in consideration

~ thereof, Grantor hereby grants to the Lessees, occupants and

w mortgagees of any of the lands described within Phase 2 and
