treatment plant and laundry building contained in Phase 1
co-extensively with the tenants, occupants and mortgagees
of Phase 1 for all purposes connected with the use and en-
joyment of all of the Property.
The right of use granted herein shall continue for a
period of thirty (30) years from the date hereof after which time ~
it shall be extended automatically for successive periods of
ten(10) years unless terminated by an instrument, in writing,
signed by the Grantor, its successors and assigns, together with
all mortgagees of record on Phase l, Phase 2 and Phase 3~ and Phase 4.
